My family is going through a tough time since last five months as my dependent mother Urmila Bansal was admitted to hospital due to a sudden Brain hemorrhage and Paralysis. For the initial 15 days she was in Max Hospital, Delhi wherein she undergone 6 brain surgeries and we ended up spending >20 lacs which was arranged from the savings, selling assets & loans. Later, as the recovery was too slow and we were completely running out of pocket to afford further expenses, upon doctors advise we decided to move her to GB Pant Hospital, Delhi for further recovery. She spent >4 months’ time in hospitals and is still into state of coma since then, recently on 7th Jan we shifted her back to home as the recovery is very slow and moreover it was becoming very difficult for us to manage in hospital.
 
Without having any other choice, we had to setup hospital like environment at home by arranging all the medical equipment as recommended by doctors for her survival and recovery.
 
For now, we direly need around INR 2 lacs financial help for her continued medical treatment like physiotherapy, home care treatment, weekly visits to hospital for medical check-ups and medication expenses.
