My name is Rakesh chintada and I am here to raise funds for my mother Uma who is 49 years old. Uma lives in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh with children. Uma is suffering from viral fever and which resulted now with infection in lungs kidney and lever from few days.

She was admitted and got medication in Kims Sai Seshadri Hospital, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, and today(26-10-2019) shifted to CARE HOSPITALS Ramnagar Vishakhapatnam 

for higher medication and treatment. Now she is in ICU under ventilation. In next 30 days, we need Rs.500,000.00 more for for further treatment, it's not the matter of rupees in lakhs its the matter of thousands and hundreds also when everyone is united.
