I am Tuhin Mitra, working with the Tata Group of companies, suffering from autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease. This disease has caused various cysts in both my kidneys which over the years made my kidneys almost dysfunctional
Presently I am undergoing dialysis on a regular basis as advised by the doctor. I have also started pre-surgical procedures for kidney transplantation at RN Tagore, Kolkata under the guidance of Dr. Pratik Das.

The estimated cost for this process is nearly 29.09 lacs. Through insurance and other means, I have managed around 11 lacs for the same wherein I had to sell all my assets for the treatment. My financial condition is on the toss. Since I am the sole earning member of my family, I request you to extend your support and help me in continuing this treatment for my survival.
