hey dear friend my name is Jagriti Mishra Founder of street worldz trust. I run a shelter home in new delhi and also feed more than 500+ dogs in our area
And right now we have 100+ rescue dogs in our shelter home and 20+ critical cases
Also we rescue from out of delhi most of paralysed, blind , or critical cases we work on that area where there are no shelter homes and hospitals for
1. Veterinary bills
Currently we have to pay 1,23,000 to dr satish for our rescue dogs treatment and surgery.
This is the amount which we have to pay it goes up and down according to our rescue
Per year we pay 18,00,000 to 20,00,000 lakhs to hospitals 🏥 for our rescue for there best treatment
2.feeding
We feed more than 500+ street dogs in our area we cover sai enclave , holy convent school area
And also we give food to local feeders
and right now we have 100+ rescue dogs in our shelter home
Per month we have to pay 175000 to 2,00,000
Rice , poha , dal , soya chunks , vegetables according to need
3. Shelter rent
In 2023 we shifted to large place because we are facing shortage of space for our rescue dogs
Our last shelter was only 100 gaj
And our current shelter is 2000 gaj
And the rent also increase
we pay 50k per month to our landlord for current location
4. Staff salary
Dear kind donars
According to our need we increased the numbers of staff in our shelter because in last shelter we have only 3 staffs
But right now we have 10 staffs in area
We have to pay there salaries and monthly food , there needed because they stay in shelter home with our rescue dogs
Total expense is 137000
And we want to increase
5. Medicine for rescue animals
Right now we have 100+ rescue dogs per day we admit 2-3 rescue animals and we have 15+ cats
Which we rescue some of paralysed , handicap or short circuit
we have to mange there medicine according to there illness for there problems
Per month we order medicine which cost us 2,00,000
