My brother Thonwangbou born on 18 April 2000 is a hard-working farmer from Lenglong Village, Tamelong District.
His pet name is Thon which means Praising.
A few weeks back he got bitten by chiggers (larval mites). Initially, he got fever and body ache and the local village doctor ignored the symptoms, however, 10 days back his organs started giving away and a disease which could have been cured by timely antibiotic course converted into a life-threatening episode for my brother.
Being a tribal life has been tough for us and I am in Bangalore already send 2 lacs by taking loans and support from local people. However to save my beloved brother doctors have advised that we will have to spend another 7 lacs rupees. I would call upon all good samaritans to help my brother in standing on his feet and go back to our farm to support my old parents.
Being a Christian I have never observed Raksha Bandhan but I have pledged that by saving my brother I will be celebrating this festival in its true spirit.
Please help my brother.
Sincerely and awaiting help
