Hello everyone, this is Kalpika.
Many of you already know me well.
I want to talk to you about a cause that's very close to my heart — Helping Hands Humanity Children Homes. This organization, which started in 2012, has been providing shelter, care, and education to children in need. I've been associated with them right from the beginning, and I've personally witnessed their honest efforts and the positive impact they've had on young lives.
Currently, there are 65 children at the home — 40 girls and 25 boys, aged between 7 to 18 years. From their early schooling days to now, I’ve seen many of them grow into young adults pursuing Intermediate, Degree and Engineering courses. It’s truly inspiring to see their progress.
Today, there are also 44 school-going children at the home who still need our love, care, and support.
On the occasion of my birthday on 27th May, I sincerely request all my well-wishers to stand with me in supporting these children. Instead of gifts or celebrations, I would be grateful if you could help fulfill some of the home’s most essential needs.
The key areas where support is needed include:
* Medical expenses for 65 children amount to ₹5,000 per month, which totals ₹60,000 per year.
* Clothing expenses are ₹3,000 per child per year, totaling ₹1,95,000 annually.
* The cost of 300 kilograms of rice is ₹15,000 per month, which adds up to ₹1,80,000 per year. Monthly other groceries cost ₹60,000, resulting in an annual expense of ₹7,20,000.
