My name is Nelofore and I am here to raise funds for my son Syed Salauddin who is 35 years old. Syed Salauddin lives in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh with parents.

Syed Salauddin is suffering from kidney failure for a few years. he is under dialysis treatment in surya hospital.
