My Son Swayam is diagnosed with Tetralogy Fallot, pulmonary atresia. He was first palliated at 6 months of age with right subclavian artery to right pulmonary artery modified by shunt through right thoracotomy.
He was again operated on and has gone through open-heart surgery at age 2 years. He was operated on at Narayana hospital and a hand-fashioned 16 mm pericardial conduit was placed from RV to the pulmonary artery.
Now aged 12 years, his Echocardiogram showed RV dysfunction, pulmonary conduit stenosis, and regurgitation with dilatation of RA and RV.
This requires all expenses included a fund of approximately INR 20lakhs as the surgery is planned at Madras Medical Mission Hospital, Chennai by Dr. Shivakumar, MD, DCH, DNB(PAED), DM, DNB(CARD).
The patient needs to undergo an operation asap however has time at the hand of a max of 1 year from now.
Swayam has also undergone hypospadias operation twice in 2019 and this year 2021.
I desperately need funds of INR 20 lakhs and have only a year to operate my only son who has Tetralogy of Fallot, pulmonary atresia of heart.
