Help Flood victims in Bihar

I am from East champaran bihar. my village including entire village has been damaged in this flood. the flood has gone but it has become difficult to start public life here, A lot of problems arise living food water medicine etc. There is mourning everywhere. so far there is apathy from the government. about six villages including my village has been completely derailed affecting about seven thousand people.
