On June 3rd 2021, we lost our beloved Sudhansu Sekhar Sabat (Sabat Bhai) to COVID-19 at an unfairly young age of 34. A great friend, a brother, a husband, a son and overall a humble and down to earth human being who lost to COVID-19 after a prolonged battle of over a month. A pure soul who was taken away from us and family way too early.
Those who have come across him in childhood, in college, at workplace, have never forgotten him. He has always made the relationships last forever with everyone. He was always a giver, helped everyone in need and never expected anything in return. He had touched every heart he came across with his calm, composed, and empathetic nature. We simply can't believe that he is no more among us.
He is survived by his bereaved wife Sunita, his old parents and a month old baby girl. He and his wife had so many dreams together for his child before even she was born. He was so unfortunate that he didn't even get a chance to hold his newborn baby girl. No parent should ever go through this situation.
A hefty amount of around INR 15 lakhs has been spent towards his medical treatments which his family had procured with much difficulty. He was the sole earning member of his family and after his demise, his family's future and most importantly, his baby girl's future is at stake.
However, we can make a difference. We know that we won't be able to repair the loss that has caused to his family, but at least we, as his extended family and friends, can join our hands together and help his family financially to secure the child's future to some extent.
I request you to kindly come forward and contribute as much as to your capacity which will be a ray of hope for his family's foreseeable future. The entire contribution will be directly transferred to his wife's bank account and his family will be the sole beneficiary of the fund.
