My name is Shekhar Basu, and I am a friend and colleague of Subho Das, a renowned Physics Teacher based in Kolkata. Subho Sir has imparted his knowledge and wisdom at esteemed institutions such as Assam Valley School, DPS Guwahati, DPS Ruby Park, and is currently teaching at Birla Bharati in Kolkata.
Unfortunately, Subho Sir has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, a form of Bone Marrow Cancer. Currently, he is receiving critical care in a leading hospital in Mumbai's intensive care unit (ICU). The cost of his ongoing treatment has already exceeded one lakh rupees, placing a tremendous burden on his family.
