I have been helping the street animals for five years now. It started with my dog Tango who was stabbed and because of lack of medicinal facilities in the city, it was very hard for me get him cured.
But then I saw many street animals in the city who are wounded or sick and are dying because of lack of the facilities. This incident shook me from inside and I realized how hard it is for the animals, especially the street animals to survive when they are sick or wounded.
Since then I started helping the street animals. My first rescue was a mange dog 2016 and I was able to help and get back to life. This gave me confidence and to help more animals and look and understand their problems and since then nothing stopped me help the animals in need.
until now, I have rescued and helped more than 5000 street animals and helped them to get a second chance of life with rescue, care and medical treatment.
I did all of these with my own money and I left my job from state Bank of India last year in May to help more animals and provide them life saving treatment and care.
I founded an ngo Helping Hands for Animals India in 2018.
I recently purchased some land with my money and built a rescue Centre and shelter where I could bring them and provide them help, food, love and care until they heal.
It all started with one dog, and now I am rescuing more than 150 animals a month. Earlier people had no choice and clue on whom to call to help an animal in need and now I get 6 to 7 new calls each day.

I have been rescuing animals for 5 years now. I provide them treatment food shelter and take them to Ahmedabad for surgery. I did all these years with my money and last year I left my government job at the state bank of India to help animals.Funds Utilization:
medicinal supplies 40,000 a month for 12 months - 4,80,000
salary of the Staff 45,000 a month for 12 months - 5,40,000
food and supplies -25,000 a month for 12 months- 30,0000
veterinary Bills - 20,000 a month for 12 months- 2,40,000
Building an operation room 4,40,000/-
As you are all aware , we are now getting increased numbers of cases everyday.
Our current shelter capacity isn't nearly enough.
Please help us raise funds to increase shelter capacity & get better amenities to help our dogs better.
so I want to fundraise to carry on these activities of rescue and providing them life-saving treatment and care and love. We are the only facility in the city providing this kind of service and shelter to the street animals also now with the rising costs, and I am not getting any funds from anywhere. it's difficult to maintain and operate the shelter so I need help.
