My name is Pallavi Eesa and I am raising funds for my husband, Eesa Srihari Babu. He has been Chronic Heart Failure. He is currently undergoing treatment.

My husband has been suffering from heart condition for the last 4 years. He suffered a heart attack in 2016 and was on medication since then. But now his condition has worsened. He has been suffering for more than a year and it has been a tough time for me and my family. Transplant is his only hope at getting better and living a normal life. He needs a Heart transplant urgently.

His treatment will cost approximately Rs. 4500000. We are unable to pay for the treatment due to our poor financial situation. We have spent close to Rs 15 Lakh on his treatment till now and so we can't bear the huge cost of treatment anymore. We still need 15 to 20 lakhs more funds for the further treatment.

The funds raised will be used towards his:

• Post-operative care
• Medicines
• Surgery
• Doctor's Consultation Charges
• Hospital Bills
