Dear Madam/Sir, I am the father of Soumyarup Ray, 18 year old boy, from Alipurduar, West Bengal.
My son has recently given his Class XII final and being a meritorious student, he qualified for 5 NITs, four of which will allow him BE in Computer Science.
Unfortunately, due to complete liver failure because of tuberculosis medication, today he is in coma, fighting for his life in the ICU of AIG Hospital, Hyderabad.
The cost of sustaining this treatment is enormous and in excess of Rupees 1 Lakh per day which is beyond our income level. The estimated cost of this treatment along with a liver transplant is Rs 40 Lakhs.
We sincerely request your kind help in this regard to save this young boy and give him new lease of life.
