My name is Sayantani Deb and I am here to raise funds for my father Shyamal Kumar Deb who is 72 years old. Shyamal Kumar Deb lives in Kolkata, West Bengal with us. He is suffering from Brain Stroke mainly affecting his frontal right lobe , Brain Haemorrhage with clot, multifocal haemorrhage in the left frontal lobe, Heart Attack, a Pneumonic Sepsis and an Enlarged Prostrate for few months. On 21st January again he had a cardiac arrest and pulmonary aspiration and was put on the ventilator. After coming out of the ventilator and BiPap, he developed Arrythhmia. The infection in the lungs is persisting and the EF or heart function is only 20-25%. He also has DCM or dilated cardio myopathy that requires immediate attention. 

He is currently admitted and receiving HDU care at North City Hospital. Until now, we've spent about Rs. 300000.

We've arranged the amount from savings & loans. In the next 30 days, we need Rs.2,000,000.00 more for Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Defibrillator (CRTD) to monitor his heart rate..
