Hi. My name is Shivali Shripad Joshi. My father is struggling with heart disease since 2011. Currently, his heart is pumping at 10% naturally. The CRTD Implantation will help his heart to function at 25% of its capacity.

On 24th July 2019, he underwent his first CRTD Implantation but unfortunately, he started developing infection around the site of surgery (around his chest).

Due to this infection, on 2nd May 2020, he had to undergo re-surgery of the CRTD Implantation where the infection was cleaned and the same device was removed and reoperated. During this time he was also diagnosed COVID-19 positive.

After a year of re-surgery, he started developing similar infections around the site of surgery. He was admitted to Wockhardt hospital, Mumbai Central on 2nd August 2021. After angiography, the doctors concluded that the current device does not suit his body. Therefore, the CRTD will have to be replaced with a new one.

The total cost of this surgery is Rs. 9,00,000 (Nine lakhs only) from which we can manage to pay half of the amount required. We need Rs. 4,50,000 (Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) to perform the CRTD Implantation.
