Shiv Ratan Mandal is 49 years old and is residing in New Delhi, Delhi originally from Bihar. Shiv Ratan Mandal has been diagnosed with a blockage in the nerve in Brain and a hole in the liver. But he needs treatment to fully recover. He is being treated at Safdarjung Hospital but need special attention so needs to be transferred in a better Hospital. 

He is the only income source in our family. He also supports for our education of me studying in 2nd year of engineering and my two brothers studying in 10th and 11th and our life insurance was used previously in NeelKanth Hospital.
