Hi, My name is Alexander who is raising funds to support and save my younger brother Seshan. Seshan met with a major road accident on 13th feb 2020. He is still in critical condition in the hospital and the whole family are currently looking for the financial and mental help to save his life. He is undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospital, Greams road, Chennai.
As per doctors say, he has to undergo multiple surgeries, multiple blood product support, need of ICU care and need for long term hospitalization up-to 1 year is required and also sometimes he may lose his limbs if the surgery did not happen at time.
The estimated expenses for the whole treatment is around 12 Lakhs and our family managed to pay around 6 Lakhs. This estimation was inclusion of treatments+ recovery+ post hospitalization expenses.
This is a very heavy financial burden for a family who runs day to day routine life. Realizing that God’s blessings ,Human hearts and Doctors treatment will be equally needed to save as well as support his recovery, We request all caring hearts to contribute the possible amount for him which can bring his life back.

Background :
Seshan met with a road traffic accident 13/02/2020 while riding a two wheeler, when he was hit by a bike and run over by it. He has multiple superficial abrasions over right leg ankle (full length) and left flank. Puncture wound over right illiac crest was noted. Degloving injury over right ankle over lateral aspect measuring 10* 15 cm exposing underlying tendons were seen. Complete degloving of right lower leg with exposed muscles and blood vessels seen. Perineal tear +.
Current clinical issues:
· Alleged RTA with
· Multiple Pelvic region # - currently managed conservatively
· # Shaft of L femur - External fixation done
· Extensive circumferential degloving injury involving both lower limbs extending to abdomen and gluteal regions - Wound debridement and VAC dressings applied Multiple metatarsal # of left foot
· Undisplaced # left fibula
· Dislocation of right patella
· Morrel Lavellee lesion involving left flank
· Hemorrhagic shock - Needing multiple (Massive) blood product support and vasopressor support.
· Trauma induced coagulopathy - DIC
