Sheable is a youth-run organization aiming to improve menstrual health conditions.
Our motto is to "EmpowHER" and we try our best to help women prevent periods from being a hindrance in their daily activities. We have hosted several sessions with underprivileged women to help destigmatize the topic of menstruation. We have distributed 35,000+ sanitary napkins in the last few months trying to help girls feel confident and empowered by unleashing their "Period Power"! We have also had sessions on sustainable menstruation and distributed menstrual cups to underprivileged women! We have hosted fundraisers and have made monthly drives around Kolkata to help achieve menstrual equity. Here is to making "She more able"!
