Shankar who works as a gardener/car cleaner for many houses in Pruksa met with an accident and he is admitted to Satya Sai Orthopaedic hospital. 
He's advised for the surgery. They have paid RS 30000 and need another 50000.
He's having 4 kids, the youngest being 4 months old son.
