My name is Souvik and I am here to raise funds for my relative Sayantan Das who is 26 years old. Sayantan Das lives in south 24 Parganas, West Bengal with his parents. Sayantan Das is unemployed.

Sayantan Das is suffering from a Spinal cord injury & leg injury from 2 years he met with an accident 2 years before and he was in a coma state for a long time. Now his hip replacement is necessary for both the legs. he is receiving medication and treatment from Poorva international orthopedic foundation. We want to make his surgery either from Poorva or from Ramaiah medical college, depending upon covid situation. 

Until now, we've spent about Rs. 500000. We've arranged amount from friends and family.
