Hi My Name is Yogesh and i am starting this Fund Raising for my School friend SathyaNadhan.  He is a vegetable vendor in Chittoor AP and only bread earner in his family .God is not kind to this kind hearted person who is always helping hand to others with his  small earnings .All his sufferings started to life from 2007 when his both Parents died on the same day , And he was blessed with twins next year and  he was happy and thought his parents born in the form of  his sons but his suffering didn't stop when one of the son died because of illness next year , He is left with one son and the real suffering started when his both his kidneys got damaged in 2008 because of all this sufferings in his life continuously  and he had undergone a kidney transplantation with the help of his wife's kidney and all the savings he had and  spent almost 10 Lakhs has been struggling with medicines expenses of 10 thousand  per month till now for 10 years . 

His struggles didn't ended there and  recently he was again diagnosed with the failure with transplanted kidney .

In order to survive in his life he needs to undergo a kidney transplant immediately again but he cannot even think of the cost of it now and waiting for donor for this.
