Hi, my name is Sasha Ranganath. I am 20 years old, and I am a transgender person. I have been on testosterone hormone therapy since September 2019, and wish to have surgery to remove my breasts. This has been a dream of mine since I was 14, and I am so close to making it reality. I cannot put into words how relieving this surgery will be, and the amount of happiness it will give me. It has taken many years to help my parents understand my identity and gain their support. This will change my life for the better.

The surgery will be performed by Dr. Karishma Kagodu in Bengaluru, Karnataka (India) where I reside.

The cost of the surgery, inclusive of all taxes will amount to approximately Rs. 1,60,000 (One lakh sixty thousand rupees).
