I am Santhosh kumar from Mahabubnagar
My only son named Charvik Sai is suffering from a severe kidney problem. As per doctors, the solution in present situation is to remove the kidney which is not working properly.
I am working in a private company with a small salary with which I can't afford in the present situation.
