My name is Elizabeth John and I am here to fundraise for my family friend, Samuel Fernandes.

A truck hit him and he was left on the road with a broken spinal cord. The aged parents were advised to unplug the ventilator for their son Samuel. Today 9 months later with all their savings spent on the medical treatment they are now seeking help to save their Son. They have spent 15 lakhs and now require at least 2.5 lakhs per month towards medical expenses only at place like CMC Vellore or ganga hospital, Coimbatore.

Bangalore Orthopaedic & Surgical hospital*, 15th Aug. night to 15th October in ICU on ventilator, and surgery for the C4- C5 spinal region, bladder & feet burns. Thereafter treated for bladder urinal tract, bedsores, and burns.

Samuel is helped by nurses for his daily eating and body movements. Also the physio's help Samuel in exercising his neck, hands and feet for about 3-4 hours a day.

He needs Rs.50,00,000 to take care of next two years bills.
