Sajhe Sapne supports young rural women to become career ready. After our first fantastic year with 25 young women from 6 different states, we are all set to launch a bigger batch of Sapnewaalis from remote village - we need your support!

We offer end-to-end support to both to jump start and grow their careers in modern day jobs such as project management, math teaching, social media management etc.

 
In our first year, 25 young women who are first generation learners from their communities joined us to pursue their professional dreams in two domains: 1) management and rural development and 2) primary math educator.

We are thrilled  to share that in less than a year, 50%+ have secured jobs with amazing organisations in the social sector such as Edjustice, Aavishkaar, enCompassion, etc. More jobs incoming, more careers in making.

As this cohort graduates much early than we had planned for them, we are now ready to take a bigger jump and launch a bigger batch.

 In the next year, we want to offer our courses to 50 women from remote villages.  The funds raised here will be used for launching and running that batch. Every student's exposure to employment journey costs INR 1 Lac.
