Quality Education Support Trust (QUEST), established in 2007 as a not-for-profit organization, plays a significant role in the field of pre-school and elementary education, as well as teacher training. QUEST, conducts various programs in rural and tribal areas, benefiting both students and
teachers. Over the years, through diverse projects, they have reached up to 300,000 students and over 12,000 teachers in Maharashtra. Their team is currently spread over 9 districts in Maharashtra which range from the tribal district of Palghar in the western corner of Maharashtra, to the rural district of Parbhani in central Maharashtra, and right up to the tribal district of Gadchiroli in the easternmost corner of Maharashtra. QUEST, believes that all children, regardless of socioeconomic status have the right to quality education that helps them in their overall development.

About the Fundraiser

One of QUEST’s programs, Goshtarang Fellowship is a 10-month immersive experience for six young theater practitioners aged 22 to 32. They undergo a series of workshops, including Applied Theatre, Children's Literature, and Reading Pedagogy, and teach adults and children. Fellows learn to select and perform stories in Hindi and Marathi, adapting them to the children's literacy levels.
In a true testament to its success, the program's impact is ongoing, as many former Fellows continue to support the cause by working as children's theater practitioners or educators.

With the Goshtarang Fellowship, QUEST bridges the expertise gap in rural and tribal schools, making a lasting impact and furthering its mission of enhancing learning experiences for disadvantaged children.

You can support the cause in 4 ways.

1. To support the full Fellowship Program, Rs. 45 lacs are required. In this case, the Fellowship for that year will be named after the sponsor organization/individual/company


2. To support the first five months of the Fellowship Program, Rs. 22.50 lacs are required. In this case, the Fellowship for that year will be named after the sponsor organization/individual/company as co-sponsor.

3. Rs. 25,000/- per school is required to support the shows at a School. A minimum of 25 shows if sponsored. In this case, the name of the sponsor organization/individual/company will be mentioned in the list of donors.

4. Any multiple Rs. 25,000/- will go a long way towards conducting this Fellowship Program.
