My name is Rachna Kashyap(Age-39) wife of Rakesh Kashyap who is 47 years old. We live in New Delhi with our children, father-in-law, and mother.

My husband is suffering from Liver failure and is on medical treatment for more than a year but now the doctor has advised us to go for Liver Transplantation (Big Surgery), which is the only option left us. He is currently admitted at Manipal Hospital, Dwarka, New Delhi. In the next 7 days, we need INR 22,00,000 for liver transplantation surgery, further treatment, and medication.
