My name is Shreya Tandon and I am here to raise funds for my father Rajiv Tandon who is 58 years old. Rajiv Tandon lives in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh with his children.
Rajiv Tandon is suffering from Acute liver Failure for more than an year. He is receiving treatment and medication in Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences but not yet admitted and the doctors have advised to undergo Liver Transplant.
Until now, we've spent about Rs. 5,00,000.we've arranged amount from savings & loans.
