I want to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred on Thursday morning in our residence located at Gaur City 2, Noida West. Regrettably, a fire broke out in our apartment due to a short circuit. Fortunately, no one was present in the house at the time of the incident as our family had departed for Jammu late on Wednesday.

Tragically, our home has been reduced to ashes, resulting in the destruction of vital documents, including passports, and other personal belongings. This unforeseen event has left us in a state of significant loss and distress.

It is imperative to highlight that the severity of this incident could have been mitigated had the necessary safety measures been in place. Despite the occurrence of the short circuit, neither the fire alarm, smoke detectors, nor sprinkler systems functioned as expected, thereby exacerbating the extent of damage incurred.

Given these circumstances, I am reaching out to seek your assistance and help to build back my home for my wife , my old mother and my 3 year old son  who are not even left with any personal belonging now.
