Hooghly region is the biggest task of our organization is to improve the poor tribal people and a home to over 300 villages, we have done a survey from our organization and we are asking tribal mothers from village to village that they lack education, health , and skilled and they cannot manage their family properly because their husbands get drunk for half a day and come home and make trouble most of which do not have Education. The have no place to live properly, the collect wood from the forest for cooking, the have no money to buy gas and no money to buy kerosene oil. The short-term & long-term effects of using such power sources in your donation have a negative impact on the health, social and economic well-being of the poor tribal people.
RTVWS is a platform created to provide a sustainable development for the betterment of poor tribal people and help impact remote off-grid villages. I’m grateful to be selected for the Future Leaders Expedition and be a part of a diverse global team to tribal child education a village in the Hooghly region. Our mission is to in order to ensure that their husbands do not oppress tribal mothers and sisters in villages and arrange for them proper health clinics, education and skilled panduya village in Hooghly, Electric Problem of financial concision the village entirely by the abundant solar energy available in the region. This includes setting up basic lighting and charging provisions for small appliances.
Studies have shown that by tapping into the solar energy could off-set 12 tons of Carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions per village of a 100 households a year. Along with a positive impact on the environmental aspect, a continuous supply of clean energy would provide more opportunities for income generation and education. The Tribal women and Tribal children of these villages would benefit as they would have more time to engage them selves in Apparel , handicrafts items, wool weaving and Beauty Therapy respectively.
RTVWS has successfully Skilled about 60 villages so far, impacting 26,250 Tribal Women and Child lives in the process and self employed in the beautiful picturesque Hooghly region.
RTVWS 2021’s expedition cost is INR 6,50,000/- per participant:
for Village Tribal Health and Education(40%)
Survey, Education, Training of equipment (25%)
Maintenance & Training (15%)
Round-trip Trek from Rahimpur to Panduya (20%)
Other costs such as Transportation to/from Rahimpur, food and trekking equipment are all borne by me.
