My name is Narasingha Pattnayak and I am here to raise funds for my cousin Radhakrishna Pattnaik who is 49 years old. Radhakrishna Pattnaik lives in Cuttack, Odisha with his wife, children & parents. He is a lecturer in a private college.

Radhakrishna Pattnaik met with a road accident on 18th December and is suffering from multiple accidental injuries.

He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care at Ashwini Hospital, Cuttack, Odisha. Until now, we have spent about Rs.1,00,000.
