Allow me to share a heartfelt story close to my heart - one that reflects the dreams and aspirations of the children in Baranpur, Koraon, Prayagraj, the village I call home. The story revolves around a primary school that has played a pivotal role in my life, a place where my journey began.
I am Arvind, and my roots are deeply intertwined with the village of Baranpur. I, like many of my fellow villagers, attended the primary school that we hold dear to our hearts. It was there that I first began to dream, to aspire for more. And now, after completing my B.Tech degree, I have come full circle, back to the village that raised me. Today, I run a website, lotusarise.com, aimed at helping UPSC aspirants access vital study materials online, because I understand the transformative power of education.
This is not just a story about me, but about the school and the children who continue to attend it. While my journey has led me to new horizons, the school's challenges remain. Students still sit on those old, uncomfortable benches, and the scorching heat remains unrelenting, with no fan to provide respite. Outdated blackboards make teaching and learning an uphill battle, and clean drinking water is still a luxury.
We are launching a fundraising campaign to improve the primary school's infrastructure in my village primary school. Our goal is to provide digital boards, proper desks and chairs, fans for comfortable learning, and clean drinking water for the primary school's children.
