Dear Residents,

PTCTF has been working for Prestige Tranquility Residents from April 2020. It has been quite an experience for all of us to come together and help each other.

We have been able to fund the below through CAM till the date but COVID is going to be here for quite sometime and we need to plan the expenditure.


- ALS Ambulance
- Oxygen Concentrators
- PPE Kits
- Sanitiser for common areas
- lift and common area sanitisation


2 weeks back we invited residents to come up with ideas for collecting the funds and it was decided to have a fundraiser which can bring transparency and this amount goes to the Association’s account which is under audit.

 While cases are on the rise we are ready to brace ourselves to make this system more robust and do a daily sanitisation of common area and lifts.

We are thankful to our Residents who came forward to help the fellow Residents in need and ~13 Lakh funds were raised. This shows that this Family of 2000 flats stands together with each other. 

We have attached the estimation for 6 months and we request Residents to donate. This would help us to keep the COVID preparations up to the mark for coming 6 months.
