Humble Appeal!
I am Praveen N, aged around 37 years. Recently, I have been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and the Doctors have advised me life long dialysis, thrice a week.
During the last 3 months, I have spent close to Rs.7 lacs for hospitalisation/treatment etc. To make matters worse, I am also on loss of pay (Lop) as I am on leave for last 4 months.
Further in order to save my life, the Doctors at Kauvery Hospital has advised a Kidney transplant on an emergency basis.
The medical expenses will cost me an additional Rs.10 lacs and your kindness can help save me. My mother is aged 72 and is completely dependent on me.
