My name is Samarth and I am here to raise funds for my cousin Pratyush Kumar who is 19 years old. Pratyush Kumar lives in BHU Barkachhakhurd, Uttar Pradesh. He is studying at Banaras Hindu University University in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
Pratyush Kumar is suffering from Ankylosing spondylitis since 4 years. He has trouble doing any physical activity. No treatment will lead to bone fusion and vision loss. He is receiving treatment for Ankylosing spondylitis from a Private hospital and has to undergo medication. Until now, we have spent all our savings.
