My name is Pharesh Kumar Nayak and I am here to raise funds for my uncle Pratap Mohanty who is 43 years old. Pratap Mohanty lives in Koraput, Odisha with his spouse & children.

Pratap Mohanty has been suffering from Liver Damage for a few months. He is currently admitted and receiving a Liver Transplant at Kims Hospital, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
