I am Pradeep Upadhyay, a BPL card holder from Rajgarh (Biaora), MP. I run a rented photocopy shop, which has been almost shut due to pandemic. My father late Shri SP Upadhyay was a retired pensioner, who passed away recently. We're a family of 10 surviving hand to mouth, on his pension.

2020 has been a catastrophe for me & my family. My mother Smt. Anuradha Upadhyay had been critical due to Covid19. She'd been on ventilator support for more than a month. We incurred a huge expense in her treatment, & unfortunately she succumbed to her illness, & passed away. My octogenarian father couldn't bear this shock, & breathed his last, 14 days later than my mother.

My son Kuldeep Upadhyay had also tested positive for Covid19, 2 days before his IIT JEE Advance, & wasn't allowed to appear for the same.

I had borrowed money for all these expenses, & am under huge debt. I barely save through my rented photocopy shop, & have a family of 4, who're entirely dependent on me.
