One of my inlaws Relative Mrs. Poonam Rajbhar Age 34 residing Azamgarh UP suffering from Rectal Cancer.
She have 2 Kids, her Husband is working as daily wages worker.
They don't have their own place to stay in Mumbai and Money for Cancer Treatment.
I did their stroma surgery in KEM hospital Parel (as per Dr. Advice from TATA) and further treatment is going on at TATA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
She is facing Anal-Rectal Cancer hence the situation is very Critical require emergency medical as well as financial help.
Please advise How we can meet you show all the Reports, Medical History, Treatment History, of TATA and KEM Hospital.
