My husband, Pawan Tiwari, has been battling Chronic Liver Disease for nearly nine years. Recently, a severe bleeding episode in October led to his ICU admission and dependence on a ventilator.

Pawan, a loving father and devoted husband, now faces a prolonged hospital stay, continuous oxygen support, Dialysis, and a liver transplant to regain his health. The financial burden is immense; we have already spent close to 17 lakh Indian Rupees, and the journey ahead is still challenging.
