My name is Mogalapu Mounika and I am here to raise funds for my brother Pavan who is 27 years old. Pavan lives in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh with his parents.
Pavan is suffering from Chronic lung disease from the few days. He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care in Private hospital, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
Until now, we've spent about Rs. 3,50,000.we've arranged amount from savings & loans.
In the next Few days, we need Rs.2,50,000. more for Further treatment .
