Known as Mr. Srinivas to others, to his students he is always Vasu sir. He didn’t look like much, just the average 5’8 healthy build of a coach which hid an amazing personality. Who would have ever even got the thought that he would be diagnosed with anaplastic large cell lymphoma(stage 4 cancer)
To the people closest to him he was the best coach, mentor, friend, and critique one could have asked for. He was always positive and spread good vibes around. Go near him on a bad day, you go home later clicking your heels whistling.
Covid 19 and the resulting lockdown has impacted his life and affected his young family of wife and two kids, aged 3 and 7 years, but he still kept a positive spirit during the hardships and now the Cancer has dealt a blow to him and his family financially.  He gave us tools for us to fight back when chips were down and we, his Proteges, want to pay back by giving him tools to fight back.  He is currently undergoing treatment at Basava Tarakam Cancer Hospital in Hyderabad.  We request you to help our coach get back on his feet and continue to impart the fighting spirit to us young generation. Please keep our faith that society will come together for a good cause and we young students can’t think of a better cause than this.
