Pankaj s/o Badri Singh has been diagnosed with Chronic osteomyelitis right distal tibia ( If they’re not properly treated, bone infections can leave a bone permanently damaged).
 Four years old Pankaj hails from a very poor family. We need your support to help save Pankaj from this deadly disease. Please come forward and help him.
