I am Nikhilesh Mishra. Coming from a poor family in rural Odisha, I went on to secure state rank #2 in my +2 Science exams. I completed my BA in English Hons. with a Gold Medal from Ravenshaw University and MA English from JNU.  I have always been attracted to poetry, art and cinema. So I decided to follow my dreams. 

I recently secured All India Rank #3 for the Direction course at Satyajit Ray Film & TV Institute (SRFTI), Kolkata.  I have also appeared at the final stage interview of the Direction course and the Screenwriting course at Film & TV Institute of India (FTII, Pune) and waiting for the results. 

The cost of any of these courses would be around five lakh rupees. Out of which more than one lakh is needed just for the admission by 20th December 2020. I have barely managed my studies so far, mostly with scholarships. Sadly, this time it won't be enough.

Hence I request you to help me pursue my filmmaking education. I need your help to reassure my faith that money should never be a constraint in the path of learning and dreams. Your contribution means a lot to me.
