A 24 year old techie just started his life ...little did he know his heart would not support him ..he belongs to a very poor family ...his parents have compromised on everything in order to raise him ..Finally he got a job and was supporting his family ..but he could not do it for long ...He had acute myocardial infarction with severe LV dysfunction in August 2019..He had a cardioembolic stroke during hospitalisation.



He has been readmitted in Virinchi hospital , Hyderabad with cardinogenic shock with severe LV dysfunction and recurrent VT/VF..He is presently on lifesaving medication and ventilatory support.



He needs ICD to tide over the current Crisis.

He needs LVAD/Cardiac implantation for long-term well being and survival.
