My name is Rupa and I am here to raise funds for my  daughter Nanda Kala who is 15 years old.  To make a living , I  work as daily wage labor. Nanda Kala lives in Chandigarh,  with me.

She is suffering from congenial  Heart Disease since the age of 3 years  It was found that she has hole in her heart valves . She was  receiving treatment for heart disease but now has to undergo major heart surgery in a govt hospital . Because her condition is worsening she cant walk 100 mts even without getting breathless  She has constant pain in her left side of ribs and doesn't have a proper appetite. 

 I have spent my earnings on her treatment for a long time but now she needs  heart surgery to survive.The date for her surgery  is fixed for 12 Sep at the govt hospital in Chandigarh by a renowned heart surgeon
