Like a lot of friends, colleagues, family and former colleagues may be aware, we lost our friend, Nagesh Akula to COVID-19 complications on the 8th May, 2021 at Visakhapatnam. Nagesh was an extremely doting father to two wonderful kids - 10 year old Sourish and 5 year old Sruthika.

His passing is immensely shocking and is a loss beyond comprehension. He is survived by his Wife Satya and his two young kids.

A lot of friends, family and colleagues - both past, and present, and friends, across countries have expressed an interest in doing their bit and supporting Nagesh's family in this very testing time.

Based on multiple requests offering support and discussions with Nagesh's friends and colleagues in the US and India, we are starting a fundraiser in Nagesh's memory, the proceeds of which will be provided to Nagesh's family to provide the financial  cushion that they may need to take care of the welfare of the family in the long run.
