My father, Munin Ramchiary has Type 2 diabetes which has futher led to different types of diabetes induced ailments throughout his body, since last year he has been in an out of hospital. The medical expenses since then has only risen, due to lack of funds or funds thereof we haven't been able to give him proper medical care, and right now he is in urgent need of that. With little money that we earn it's becoming difficult to give my father proper medical care that he needs. Doctors recently stated he might have to go for Kidney transplant soon if proper medical care is not given at earliest possible, with our combined meagre salary taking care of medical expenses and looking after family of four is becoming next to impossible, having said that, we have been managing so far with everything that we can within our means but next few months doing so without help won't be possible for us.
