My name is Praveen Kumar and I am here to raise funds for my Friend Mukesh Chauhan who is 22 years old. Mukesh Chauhan lives in Mau, Uttar Pradesh with family.
Mukesh Chauhan is suffering from Lung Cancer from the past one year. He is undergoing treatment at Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital Varanasi but not yet admitted.
