This fundraiser is in sincere hope of receiving financial assistance for 57 year old Sailen Mondal to purchase a battery-operated Toto(rickshaw) that he can drive and sustain his livelihood.
Sailen Mondal was a healthy and hardworking construction worker a few years ago until, unfortunately, due to an accident at his construction site, his fingers got cut and his right hand had to be amputated. Since then, him and his wife, who does menial jobs as a maid at people’s houses, have been trying very hard to make ends meet. Their son, who is mentally handicapped, is also dependent on them and is not able to contribute to the family’s finances.
Given these difficult circumstances, the only job that he is capable of doing, is driving a battery-operated Toto in his village, which he is able to do with just his left hand.
Living in poor conditions, they obviously do not have the money to buy a Toto and are in desperate need of help.
I wish to kindly request you to come forth and help this family by way of either donating a Toto to them, or by providing them monetary assistance to buy it, so that they can earn a respectable living.
I have the relevant documents and images to prove his, And his son's handicap should anyone wish to verify.
